Microcrystalline casting wax in granule form is used to make wax patterns that can later be cast in bronze. The granules melt easily in a pan. The wax is used in liquid form. Do not make it too hot, about 100 degrees Celsius is ideal. Usually a smaller mould is filled with this wax. For larger objects, the casting wax is brushed microcrystalline into the mould. Dyeing can be done with aniline dyes.
